Sentric, Inc. (“Sentric”) respects the privacy of our customers, employees, website visitors, partners, prospects and job applicants. This Privacy Policy sets forth the privacy principles Sentric follows with respect to your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Information received by Sentric in any format including electronic, paper, or verbal.

For purposes of this Policy, “Personal Information” means any information collected by Sentric that identifies or could be used to identify an individual.

Online Privacy Policy

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the consumer’s domain name and IP address, but not the e-mail address.

On certain pages, Sentric collects personal information about visitors to our site when the visitor chooses to supply such information. On various pages the visitor is able to provide his/her name, company, company size, address, phone number, and e-mail address. After supplying contact information, the visitor is able to request additional information from Sentric and sign up for company sponsored events, such as webinars.

Sentric also aggregates technical information that may include, but is not limited to, pages site visitors access, time spent on those pages, the type of browser used and other data that may be used for internal review, to improve the content of our Web page, or is used by us to contact visitors for marketing purposes, if requested.

With respect to cookies:

Some of Sentric’s Web pages may contain “cookies.” A cookie is a small amount of data which our website stores on your computer, and which we can later retrieve. We use cookies for a number of marketing and administrative purposes. For example, we may store your preferences for certain kinds of information or use cookies to auto-populate forms with information you have already provided us. No cookie will contain information that will allow anyone to contact you via telephone, e-mail, or any other means. Sentric collects Personal Information from our customers who use our solution. The information may be collected through our products, or by members of our support team.

Use of Personal Information

We use personal information to communicate with you about services, updates about products, and provide you with requested information. If you are a customer, we will provide you with the service with which Sentric is contractually obligated to provide you, or to help you complete a transaction.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Disclosure of Personal Information

There are times that Sentic will partner with third parties to perform a certain job function on our behalf. The partnered third party will only have access to necessary information to perform the job function and are restricted from using personal information for any other reason.

Opting Out

To be permanently removed from our lists, please provide us with your name, phone number and email address. We will be sure your name is permanently removed from our global list.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.
